What is Exzachly NYC?

Exzachly NYC is a Queens based brand by artist and designer, Zach Reyes. He creates work based on his Filipino culture and background and blend it together with his experiences as a first generation immigrant living in NYC. Every piece is produced in limited quantities and is meant to be a staple in closets and transcend seasons and trends.

F.A.Qs regarding orders:

When should I expect my order?

Orders are often fulfilled 2-3 days after ordering. Due to COVID, I ship orders in bulk to limit my visits to the post office. Tracking information is emailed to you once the order has been shipped. For sticker only orders, I mail it in a brown envelope as regular First Class Mail through USPS with no tracking. If you haven't received your stickers after 2 weeks, feel free to email me and I'll send out a replacement ASAP! 

Do you do custom stickers? Can I request a city?

Thank you for reaching out about custom stickers and cities! I really do appreciate it. At the moment I am not doing any custom stickers, but I do keep note of every city request (I have a giant Excel spreadsheet lol) for consideration for future sticker packs!

Can I return/exchange an item?

All products in the shop are final sale. No returns or exchanges unless item is defective. If you have an issue with your order, you can email  [email protected]
